What an overall bad experience with this company. I received a portrait as a gift but my pet’s name was misspelled. So I decided to just order another portrait with my pet’s name correctly spelled. When it arrived it looked very cartoonish compared to the original I had received, and overall poor quality. So I reached out to the company and they were willing to redo it. They sent me a design, which looked much better but my pet’s name was again misspelled. Finally they corrected the issues and sent me a new portrait. I was excited and everything looked good except that I realized they forgot to attach the metal piece on the back that is used to hang the picture! So I had to rip it off my old portrait and attach it myself. Such an irritating experience that I don’t think I’d ever order anything from this company again because I feel like they would mess something up.
