Overall was quite pleased with my picture. I do feel the dogs head was a little small and there was a large gap between the dog and her name. My daughter loved it though and that is all that matters.

I think the experience would be perfect if proofs were offered from the beginning. My friend wasn’t happy with the result of the first shipment, but they re-did it and sent a proof for approval the second time. My friend was happy with the end result, but they would save resources by providing a proof the first time around.

I have yet to receive my product from West & Willow (due to a mistake with the delivery address on my end.) but I can confidently and happily rate them 5 stars due to the unbelievably kind and helpful service I have received throughout the whole process. They respond to emails very promptly, and took care of any issue or concern I had. They went out of their way to fix a mistake I had made, not them. 5 star customer service without a doubt.
