West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I can’t find how to track my order.

The team was very quick to resolve a shipping issue.

I never received my order.

Beautiful illustration of our friends' dog who passed away recently. We are really excited to give it to them! The first illustration didn't capture the photo accurately, so we requested a re-do and gave them specific feedback, and it came out perfectly.

Such amazing service !! When something wasn’t right with the picture, they were so helpful in making sure it was perfect and that I was happy. They also re-sent the items with the new picture free of charge ! I am so impressed and it has been the best customer service I have received !

They are fast delivery, the product is so great and professional!
