We had many back and forth emails about getting the color of my dog's nose right - yep, his nose! The team were always understanding and polite, and never expressed any frustration with my requests. As I put in this order, I was choking back on soft sobs. This was an order I put together for my boss who lost his dog roughly 2 weeks ago.
