One order but came in two separate shipments. One came with a broken frame and the other got lost in transit. Neither of those things were W&W’s fault, but once I contacted them about each issue, they promptly responded and shipped me out a replacement within the hour! Great customer service and great quality stuff when carriers don’t bang it up and lose it lol

The pillow I requested for a friend who lost her dog didn’t come out at all like her beloved Coco. It was darker than she was. Also, this is a digital print not a photo.
