I received two products from West & Willow made from the same reference photos. Both were completely different from one another. While I understand that all products are custom made, these were two completely different products. One product is an exact replica of my dogs and looked beautiful, the other was completely inaccurate and showed no detailed in their portraits. Secondly, one of the two products was already broken when I received it. The top frame was broken in half and there was a crack at the top right hand corner. Although the one portrait was beautiful, I had to switch the photo from one frame into the other, which was quite hastily considering the cheap quality of the frames and the fact that you are unable to switch them without the staples breaking in half. When I ordered, I expected a real frame, real glass, etc. For the amount of money for these products, I expected much better quality and services.

When I received the drawing it had dark smdges on the white back like fingerprints and the name was not evenly spaced and the letters were not the same size.
