West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Love the portrait, very well done. Shipping and production was slower than expected. But overall, well done!

The iPhone case did not arrive and this was part of a special gift. Very disappointed.

Just received my photo and I am so excited to see that even though I had accidentally ordered the wrong background color, my email request was honored and it came just the way I was hoping. Can't wait for my husband to see it for Father's Day!

Friendly and responsive support to ensure that the picture of our two dogs was perfect. I can’t say enough about the team at West and Willow. Best customer service I experienced in a very, very long time. The picture of our two dogs turned out great. Thank you!

I ordered portraits from West & Willow. When I talked to customer support, they were absolutely AMAZING!!! I told her about Brooks passing and she added a coffee mug to my order for FREE!!! This could not be a more perfect gift. If I turned my head for even a split second, Brooks would drink my coffee! 💙💙💙 I miss every second of his shenanigans!!!

They worked really hard to get the pictures the way I wanted. The person I worked with online was excellent.

I was very satisfied with speed of delivery and product was exactly what I wanted.

I love them !
