Customer service at W&W is great. I received a portrait in December that I wasn’t happy with and they worked with me to make it right! My new portrait captures my dog’s personality much better. Thank you for following up and making a customer very happy!

I still have not received my order, or have not received any other update on my order status.

I had four pet portraits I ordered years ago. Two got wet and started to wrinkle. I had no record of my past order and didn’t have the original photos anymore. I emailed customer service hoping that could somehow help. They found my originals and I was able to order replacements.

My mom loved it! So personal and well done.

My dog passed recently. She was vivacious, full of joy and love, always smiling. As a memorial gift, friends got me a pet portrait from West & Willow. What I received wasn’t a portrait of a happy, lighthearted dog. It was an image of demon dog here to escort you to the gates of hell. It wasn’t just disappointing, it was scary. I tried to directly contact the company to get it corrected so that I wouldn’t insult my friends’ kind gesture. In response, I only received an automatic reply telling me to fill out a form that I can’t fill out. I’m sure these photos are just put through some processing app, but you are playing with people’s memories and emotions. It’s not ok.
