I was very disappointed. I had ordered the print with a pink background, and it came in white. The pink was critical because it goes with the color scheme of her room. For the cost of this product, I’d expect very accurate attention to detail, and this seems like an easy detail to get right. It is a very cool product and everything else is great. But I would appreciate a partial refund as the pink background was the only reason I chose West & Willow over other options. I can provide a picture, if necessary.

We received the doggie portrait - loved two of the dogs and hated one of the dogs! They were very nice about redoing the one dog. It took many iterations but the end result is so much better than the original!

I have ordered portraits of all 3 of my dogs and they are perfect! This last one I ordered, didn’t exceed my expectations but I reached out and their customer service was phenomenal! The communication with me on the progress of my pets portrait was incredible! They made sure I was happy with the end result before proceeding with the print. I just received it today and it looks great!

The prints were great! One of my frames arrived broken, and they made process of getting a new one very simple and quick!

The art is cute, but the shipping is substandard resulting in curled and creased artwork. Please find another shipping method or sell digital prints as a primary option. I had a second one delivered (despite requesting a refund), and it is still not clean, whereas I have had hundreds of photos mailed and never had this issue.
