Very very expensive for what you get. The frame is cheap and flimsy. You could do this same thing in photoshop. As a photographer myself, I expected way more due to how expensive they are. My one came with my dogs head cut off. The response was quick at first, I’ve heard nothing in days. Don’t waste your money. Ridiculously expensive and not worth the money at all. I’m regretting the purchase

The communication was great! The photo I initially submitted was not great, the team reached out right away and had me submit additional photos. They communicated when they had a photo they could use. The finished product is amazing! I would definitely order from them again!

The picture is stunning and very well done. We had an issue with the frame breaking during shipping. Was easily replaced without hassle, question, or delay. We’ve gifted these pictures to two people who absolutely love and treasure them. Worth every penny spent.

The picture was better than I imagined. Looks more like a real life sketch. Everyone who sees it wants to know where we got it made. So happy with this purchase!

I really loved it🩷 the only thing that would have made it perfect is if both pets were the same size cause my pets were kind of the same size :)
