Doesn't look like my dog 🥺 the photo looks like they took some pounds off her which is my favorite part of my chunky girl. It's pretty but I was let down.

This company is truly amazing! I ordered a portrait of both of my dogs who are now in doggy heaven. When they sent me the portraits, I received two photos of the same dog. I immediately reached out to them to let them know. Less than 24 hours and the responsed. This company is truly amazing because they worked with me and made sure they got it exactly how I wanted it. They were super sweet and never once complained about redoing the portrait to fit my expectations. They are truly an amazing company and I would recommend them to anyone!

Never received my order. I was sent my digital copy via Facebook messenger since the download option did not work. A warning to anyone. If you order a photo you better pay extra for the insurance or you are out $180.00. Very disappointed.

I ordered a memorial pet portrait of our beloved family dog, Chile who had passed away from canine lymphoma. It was a Father’s Day gift for my step dad and unfortunately I received a regular pet portrait- not a memorial one. It looked just like Chile though! I was upset at first, but then I thought it’s not the end of the world and W&W would hopefully send out the correct one, which they did! They were quick and when I asked them to make Chile’s Halo a bit bigger, they did. It was late to Father’s Day, but it was almost like my step got to celebrate for a second day with another gift, and the best one of all- our Chile Bonito 😁💜 AND my mom got to keep the original portrait. Highly recommend W&W- quality portraits and great customer service.
