Great shipping time and wonderful artwork look just like my dog..

The website said it would arrive in time for Father’s day. The tracking number provided could not be tracked and the ups website error said “We could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number.”. I emailed the support team several times. Not once did I get a tracking number that worked. Item was eventually delivered several days after Father’s Day. I asked the support team how I could get a refund since I had to purchase another gift. Never got a response. Terrible customer service.

The first artwork that I received of our dog looked nothing like him. I emailed them. Siena was most helpful she sent me a preview of the new artwork. It is just perfect and looks so much like him. I’m beyond impressed with both the service and the product received from West and Willow. Thank you. 🥰

It's premature to ask for a rating before I've received the product. I'm anxiously awaiting the two prints I've ordered, but have been told it could be another few weeks. I would be happy to change my review after I receive the order.
