Love the product. However, Packaging not reflective of the quality of the art representing your company. Would have appreciated the option of shipping more quickly. Received text on 6/21 that package had shipped and didn’t receive until 7/2. I would recommend West & Willow!

My daughter cried when she opened her portrait of Bob who she lost last year. Best birthday gift ever. Just gorgeous!!

Ordering the portraits was easy, we just chose from different sizes, backgrounds, and frames, typed in the pet's name, and uploaded the photo we wanted them to use. There is even an option to put a "rush" on the order but we didn't and still got the portraits in a timely manner. They looked great, names were spelled accurately, portraits really capture our pets. Love them!

It is a beautiful portrait and I love what you did with my cats eyes. She looks amazing and I love the decorative lining as well.
