West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The final product was amazing. I’m unsure if I selected the wrong reference picture, but I believe one of the dogs was incorrect if I did select the right reference picture. I am also having a hard time trying to retrieve my digital download copy. Could you please help with this?

We ordered a second mug using the exact same photo and are very disappointed in the coloring and spacing of the second mug. We didn’t expect them to be exactly the same but one is much better than the other.

Nicely done! My neighbor is going to love his Christmas gift (I ordered way in advance).

Fast and reliable team. I wasn't happy with my pet portrait and their product satisfaction team provided me a reprint! That's amazing

It came beautiful.

This is my second purchase and I’ve loved both portraits!!

I have been a customer for a few years. I love to give these pictures as gifts but this time the picture was for me. The illustrations look exactly like my dogs. West and Willow didn’t disappoint!

Amazing work! Love how my pet’s portrait came out. Best art piece I own so far.
