The product was exactly what I expected- it looked like my pet and appeared to be quality work. The one thing that I did not appreciate, was the adding on of the “insurance” fee at checkout. I didn’t notice it during the process until the order was finalized. At that point the only way to remove that fee was to make a phone call. Moving forward, I will pay closer attention to the checkout details.

While I liked the quality of the product and the tracking that let me know when it was coming. I did not like the fact that they don't send you a preview so you can see if you'll like the final product or would rather choose a different photo for your pet. Thank goodness the photo wasn't too bad but I won't be ordering again for that specific reason.

Absolutely love it! The portrait turned out so great and captured my dog perfectly. When I placed my order I got the digital print as well and I originally hadn’t received it, but I contacted support and they got back to me IMMEDIATELY. Overall a great experience and I would recommend WestandWillow to any pet owner.

1st print did not feel captured our Tila, they took feedback and sent a new one which was much better. Great customer service and worked to make it right

There was an issue with the initial order and Edward was quick to resolve it! I love, love, love the beautiful print of my dog. I hung it in my office, and it makes going in so much better!

I ordered a portrait of my sister's cat to give to her as a birthday gift. Unfortunately, the portrait was damaged when I received it. When I reached out to customer service, they sent a replacement very quickly. I really appreciated the prompt response, and I love how the portrait turned out. We have other pets in the family who we will likely order portraits for.

Andrian was fantastic. I asked about some potential changes to an order I received and Andrian was super patient and very willing to accommodate multiple changes. I love my final picture- it captures my pups perfectly. Since they are no longer with me, it was important to have this be perfect. You nailed it, and the service and item was top notch. Thank you!
