I have to admit, a West & Willow ad on social media got me! Before I knew it, I had made yet another impulse purchase…but this one was absolutely worth it! The digital drawing of my dog was amazing - it looked EXACTLY like her! They were able to really capture her essence. My only (minor) complaints are that I wished it included more of her body instead of just the head and neck - there was a lot of “empty space.” The frame itself had a couple little dings and flaws but that’s being super picky. If you love your animal(s) it certainly is a beautiful way to showcase that.

I was disappointed in the use of colour in the picture (her chin is red). Also, the image is very much like a comic vs modern and clean. I had ordered the electronic file which I never received.

Received within the stated timeframe. Excellent packaging. And the framed art piece is cute as a button. Recommended. I’ll do another piece. Thank you
