I have no idea if they are working on my product, when it will arrive, or how it will look. I wanted to modify the size to make it larger. After 30 minutes, they will not change your order, which seems absurd. So, my experience hasn't been great; I hope the finished product is good because it is expensive. UPDATE: We finally received our portrait, and it did not look like our pet. They reached out and made a concerted effort to make the artwork look like him. They made several attempts until we were satisfied with it. I appreciate the time they put in, and we are very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend doing this BEFORE sending the product to save time, money, and frustration with the client.

When I sent in my pictures (2 pups) I was under the impression that someone would contact me and/or I would get a proof before they shipped it. I have a full size Australian shepherd and a dachshund. The dachshund dwarfed the Aussie in size and height in the portrait that they sent. They are both 11 years old and I finally decided to pull the trigger On this project and am highly disappointed to say the least.

My pet portrait turned out exactly as I hoped. I was nervous that they don’t send a preview before it ships, but it ended up capturing both pets perfectly. This was the best addition to my home.

Drawing came out great! I was worried because there is no way to see how it turns out before they ship but it is definitely just like whatever picture you send in and I like how customizable everything is.

My two pet portrait is absolutely beautiful! Speeding shipping as well.

Frame is cheap and coming apart in one corner and the print of my dog is very dark, her fur is lighter in the pic I sent so not very happy with this and how much it cost.

I am still waiting to hear back from the company about my order. It came damaged and looked nothing like my dogs. I spent $80 and I assumed it would look $80 worth but it looked as if I paid $15 for it
