I was a little disappointed that the markings on my dog’s picture were on the opposite side of where they actually are in the pictures I sent you. Otherwise I was pleased.

Update: I have since received my new picture and it is what I had expected when I initially made my purchase. Thank you to Onward and West Willow for correcting my experience. I’ve increased my rating from 2 to 4. I’d love to give a better review because I had such high expectations but unfortunately when I received my photo the frame was damaged. Luckily I opted for the protection plan through Onward, and my claim was approved, but I have yet to receive my replacement picture from West willow. The picture itself is great and looks just like my dog that has recently passed. Otherwise, note of caution in damaged frame.

All three of my pet names were wrong so after spending almost $200 I have a piece of art I cannot even hang up and no one has responded to my concern.

Great experience throughout! The picture of our three deceased doggies turned out so well, we cried when we saw it! Great quality and looked so much like the photos we sent! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great art piece or memorial for their fur babies! Customer service was always quick and friendly as well!

Received our picture and it was perfection!! Wow!!! Only thing I wish I would have chosen a darker background for my grey and white dog. The white wood background still didn’t give as much of a contrast but the artist did an exceptional job! I will order again!

I was quite disappointed in the quality of this item. The picture of the pet did not look natural, was not placed properly in the frame and the frame was flimsy. I ended up purchasing my own frame to salvage what I was given.

I love the artwork but the checkout process said it was a walnut frame. I even paid more for the “walnut” over a standard frame. It is very clearly a veneer that looks like a sticker over fake wood and the edges are not put together all that well. Kind of disappointed.
