Excellent communication when quality was 100%. They’ve agreed to redo my portrait- very fast respond time and also the next day I received another email to confirm they were working on my order and assigned a personal assistant to deal with the order.

I ordered this because my dog Bongo recently passed away. I just received it in the mail today and while Jordan looks great, I don't love how Bongos picture turned out. His eyes look sad and his neck is too thick, his ears are perfect though!
