The design is terrible. It doesn’t look anything like my cat.

My 14 year old Morkie had died and we were devastated. I ordered some pics (1big for us and 2 8x10 for family members) from W&W and when they arrived I was blown away. He looked like he was going to jump out of the frame. They were perfect. I was actually carrying the big one from room to room because I wanted to look at it all the time. I decided to order a couple more to hang in different rooms so I didn’t have to do that anymore. I used the same photo and made a new order. I didn’t realize how they actually customized everything (my bad) and when the 2nd set of photos and mug came they were nothing like the first. They looked nowhere near what my boy looked like. I wrote to west and willow and they got back to me almost immediately. They sent me a replacement order with the photo from the original order. When I got the mug from the original order, the photo wasn’t on the side it was on the opposite end of the handle and my boy’s name wasn’t on it. I wrote again and they immediately sent another. Great company and amazing customer service. However something is definitely up with quality control. How that second mug was even packaged and sent looking like it did is beyond me. It was just kinda thrown loosely in a box with nothing to protect it too. I’m amazed it wasn’t broken. The artwork with the second order I had placed was kind of scary is the only way I can describe it. No comparison to the first. After everything though… probably one of the best purchases I have ever made in my life. Thank God for the great customer service.

I am absolutely impressed with the photo! The only thing is i wish i got my digital print sooner. I still have not received it. But overall we are super pleased with the photo and frame! Came really fast too.

Quick turnaround very quality picture. Great detail

My parents dog died recently and I thought it would be a great gift. However, the coloring wasn’t right on the dog and the eyes look crazy. My parents laughed at the photo because of how different it looked and the look of the eyes. I had to buy a separate gift from a different company because of how bad I felt. Will never recommend West and Willow. Waste of 100+ dollars for the photo and the mug. The mug was even worse than the framed photo, regarding the coloring of the dog. The mug made the dog nearly all white. For quality purposes, would HIGHLY recommend sending a draft to the customer to approve BEFORE creating a final version. That way people aren’t wasting money and resources, and customers aren’t dissatisfied.

The portrait of my late Great Dane is so beautiful it brought me to tears. She was captured perfectly. I love it.

I wasn't happy with the portrait on the products I ordered, but West & Willow worked with me to get the portrait just the way I wanted. I received the new products after approving the portrait changes. It was a great experience, and I appreciate their dedication to customer service. I'll be ordering more portraits soon!
