The entire transaction was easy. The final product is amazing and I have already referred many people to check out the site. I will be ordering more portraits for gifts this holiday season! So happy I saw this site on Instagram!

We had just lost our German Shepard Nala, and I ordered a mug and photo of her to remember her by. The mug came back and looked like it was a done in 5 minutes. There was no dimension to the photo. She was all black so I thought maybe it was hard to give her some definition- but when I looked back at other portraits they had done, they added lots of details to the other dogs. It’s very unfortunate. The picture came back and is the same as the mug. It’s a little better but really not worth the price.

Ordered this through a pop up add on Facebook for my daughter’s dorm room. Order process was very simple. I was contacted for additional photos of one of my dogs because the original was too bright. I am amazed at the quality and accuracy of the final product. I may have to keep this one for me and order another for my daughter.

I visited this website/brand through an Instagram ad. Read reviews and waited a while before I pulled the trigger. The process of ordering was simple and the options were plentiful in my opinion. I was quoted 3 weeks of shipping time and it arrived quicker than expected. The only problem I have with that is that I have been tempted to give it to my wife as an early birthday present! Now to the product....better than I expected! The way the captured my dogs is amazing. Great way for us to honor our pets alive or no longer with us.

Did a great job of the picture of my beloved pet.

From other pictures you post, it was disappointing how mine turned out. Didn't come close to most you post.
