I love my art it’s so cute accurate and well done. I paid extra to have it framed, the frame appears good quality however it came broken so that’s disappointing but probably more of a delivery accident.

Excellent customer service and great product. Frame arrived damaged and it was incredibly easy to get in touch with customer service and replacement item was processed quickly and without any hassle. Will be purchasing again in the near future.

Although the website doesn’t advertise other pets besides cats and dogs, I submitted two photos of my rabbits and got the cutest portrait! I love it so much!

The picture came out really good however on one of our dogs (lab) a tooth (right front) was black vs. white and dramatically shortened so her mouth looks awkward. Also, the snout area is quite a bit darker than the picture. This little difference does change the look of our dog, and it looks mismatched.

Initially I was disappointed with the first product I had received as I hadn’t seen a proof to approve and felt that the final product didn’t look like my pup. I reached out to the company with my concerns and they have since worked diligently to make sure they got me a product I was happy with and the new one is on the way. They are clearly committed to customer service and developing a high quality product that pleases their customers.
