I ordered a framed picture as a memorial for my dog who passed away a few months ago. As I got slightly impatient waiting for it, I contacted them to check on order. They replied promptly, and assured me it was in process of completion! ( timeframe wasn’t actually bad, I was just excited to receive it!!) I received it today, and I could not be more pleased with the product!! It looks exactly like my Bella!! Exactly like her!! Thank you!

I’ve never seen more of a realistic drawing of my dog. He passed away recently, and it almost feels like he jumped out of the packaging box and it made me so happy! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for more of a high quality representation of your dog!

I was unhappy with the initial portrait of my dog. However, the customer service and art team were very patient and worked with me to create something that I was happy with.

The picture I received doesn’t look like our cat. I ordered it after she recently passed to help remember her and I was so disappointed to see the final product.

I originally had couple problems with the delivery but West & Willow was so helpful and responded quickly to help solve the issues and helped give some answers. The detailing in the portrait is amazing my orange tabby looks so precious and his whiskers POP, I love it can’t thank you enough <3

The picture was very good but I wish it had been more centered. There is a lot of dead space on the frame.

The poster arrived in a secure package so no damage to the poster. The picture of my dog is perfect. I have it by my front door and it makes me smile everytime I come in the door.

The customer service was great! I asked them to fix something on my dog’s picture and they happily did it. Merdae and Miriam from West and Willow made the whole process very easy.
