The portraits of my cats are amazing! I almost cried (and they are both still alive!) Wallys little ear with the tip missing! He was a rescue and had spent some time outside in the cold. And Louie’s bright green eyes! I’m so happy with the results! And Sharon and your other staff were so helpful and kind! Thank you so much! Highly recommend and appreciate you all!

West & Willow once again knocked it out of the park with the picture we requested! Highly recommend for any pet parent!

Purchased this for a friend who had recently lost one of her three dogs and to say she loved it was an understatement. She called me sobbing telling me just how much she loved it!

It was my understanding that I would see a preview before picture was made. So, I wasn't able to see that the colors of my dogs were off. My shepherd who is tan and black came out gray and greenish. My pittie who is fawn colored looks more red

Hi Shawn, We are very sorry for the confusion. As of the moment, we don't have a system set up for preview yet. We are still working on making some internal changes based on your recommendations. 👍🏼

I received the framed pic of my yellow lab. It was so beautiful! I love the simplicity of it with her name and close up of her face. I miss her and when I see this pic I see her sweet face looking at me. Thank you!

Seeing the pictures of what was advertised for the pillow I expected more from what I received. Little disappointed in the image on the pillow from what I sent in.
