I purchased a portrait of my two pups who passed within almost a year of each other. I wanted to memorialize them and I'm so glad I went with you guys. The portrait captures my two fur babies perfectly. I cried when I opened the package. It's beautiful.

West & Willow did an amazing job on my order for my two pets. Their quality is top-notch and they communicated when my order was shipping with tracking numbers. I would recommend West & Willow to anyone. Their website makes it so easy to use as well. Love my pictures.

The first portrait of our pet had some issues. The coloring was too dark, and the hook was put on upside down. The team worked with me to get a new and improved portrait! Thank you; it's much appreciated!!
