West and Willow are fabulous. Because my house is a "new address", the delivery company didn't deliver 3 separate order from West and Willow. Each time W&W made a new order and sent it out at no cost. I finally got my order after the 4th time..

The best and easiest to work with!!

The artist did a great job however the edges of the paper were bent and the damage was evident. Also a smudge mark due to I don't know what possibly the ink not being completely dry? I expected a nice peice of art due to the price of purchase. Hoping this issue can get resolved.

I got my mom a print of our late dog and current kitty. She was pleasantly surprised and we now have a sweet photo that we will cherish forever.

Easy to upload files, easy to see what you are getting. Highly recommend!

The quality of the artwork was terrible. It was too dark. There was little evidence of editing other than photoshopping the head. Paid extra to have the image emailed and I had to email them to send it to me.
