The order still has not arrived. It feels like a very long wait for the amount of money spent in it. This is a gift for the recipient. Just seems very long.

I’m very unhappy with the pet portrait I received. The artwork looks strange and is completely botched. The return process is too complicated. Still waiting for a response from West & Willow on how to resolve the matter.

Overall, I am disappointed in the quality and size of the product for the cost. I think I spent close to $100 on some thing that could’ve truly been produced for around $20. I was not shown an image of my dog prior to it being printed and shipped to my home. The quality of the frame is about average with what you could purchase at target or something like that etc.. In All I just feel that the 8 1/2 x 11 is way overpriced at a cost of $100 for what it is.

My cats are so crazy that I tried to find any means how to calm them down. I thought that it's just because of their age, as they were kittens, however several years have already passed and they didn't even calm down. I asked a veterinarian, why do they have such a nervous tension and he told me that I must buy a special food, where is made predminantly with safe and sedative substances, which don't harm the cats. I applied to this pet store and they had such a food in stock. I bought couple of packs, and my cats have already calmed down. I am so happy that they do annoy me no more. It's perfect.

I paid extra to be moved to the “front of the line” and have yet to hear anything 10 days later. Waste of money in my opinion if it’s not even being worked on yet.

We’ve got two boys so we orders a portrait of each of them. One of them was the absolute most perfect portrait of our boy. The other one was beautiful, but lacked a few details that we just love so much. I reached out to the team and they were so helpful. They made sure to ask all the right questions to get us the perfect portrait of our boy. Now we have two of the most beautiful portraits ever created in our living room!
