There’s nothing wrong with the product but the amount of times that you guys email per day is extremely obnoxious. I would never use you guys again purely because of this.

The representation of my dog is a bit off. If I would have had a proof of it I would have not have approved this version. I’m not happy with it particularly since it’s a gift for a special person in his life

I like the picture but the dogs coloring had too much grey. The head and the neck of the dog is very white and the artist took liberty at putting gray in where it’s very obvious in the pictures that it’s just shadowing. This is a gift to someone whose dog just passed a couple months ago and I just wish the coloring was more accurate for the dog.

The picture of my sisters dog (English cream retriever) was not the color I was expecting. It was way more grey and not a cream colored. I was disappointed that it didn’t look like the picture I sent ( as far as color is concerned). It did arrive quickly which was nice, but I’m thinking it was rushed a bit and maybe that’s why it wasn’t as accurate as I thought it would be.

I am still waiting for my parcel which was ordered a month ago: ( Thanks! Didnt see the email. Are you able to resend Updated Jan 3rd. I now have the package and very much like the product however it took a very long time to arrive and arrived after the holidays for which it was intended. Any rebates available?
