Received on time, picture is ok, however I was quite disappointed in the frame especially for the price - the website says "high quality" frame....the framing is not what I would consider high quality. If your looking to give as a nice gift - just be aware of frame quality you are getting.

The print is absolutely beautiful but the bigger the size , I think the name of the animal could be bigger or centered better. The 8x10 I bought my friend for Christmas is perfect. I bought the next size up for myself and wish I would have gotten the 8x10 just because the name looks better in my opinion on the 8x10.

I had a picture done of my two dogs. The one dog is spot on, the other one not so much. His coloring was not accurate.

I love the concept of these pictures and I've seen a lot of great ones online. unfortunately , I just don't think the one I ordered looks like our fur baby. this was a gift for my husband because our sweet boy passed in sept, and I was a bit disappointed in how it turned out.

This is my second order on West & Willow - two different products, two different pets. I am disappointed in this one because the coloring isn’t accurate for my pet. She’s quite gray (and is in the photo I uploaded) but the pillow came back with a lot of brown tones.

Came in at decent time and was perfect
