West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Although I haven’t received my order, they were very helpful in making sure the order I placed was correct. I’m excited to see the final product.

I was told I would receive my digital download when the order shipped. I have emailed twice. The order shipped several days ago and is set to arrive today. I need the image for something time sensitive and I am still waiting.

This is my second purchase and I'm always satisfied with the work and care this team puts into their products. Fast, quick, and easy process from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The picture came back and looked so much like our grandpuppy. It is beautiful.

I trusted that my 4th print would be a good as others. Well I was wrong. It didn’t look like our cat at all. Wrote a review and customer support emailed me. I responded with no reply. Completely ghosting me. It’s not cheap and was a Christmas gift for my daughter. So disappointed. Not worth the risk and frustration.

Excellent product! Cannot wait to gift it to a family member!

The quality of our portrait was amazing. We are so excited to share this as a gift for our friends.

Looks so much like the picture we sent. 100% recommend!
