Portrait turned out purrrrfect and made my friend cry!

Bought a photo of our daughter in laws dog for her birthday. The order process was simple. It was completed and shipped earlier than expected. I only wish the follow up would have included a picture of the finished product.

I ordered these items over 6 weeks ago, had to reach out multiple times to find out status. I still haven't received them. They were Christmas gifts and by the time I get them it'll almost be February. Would not recommend to anyone.

Part of my order never arrived. UPS keeps pushing off the delivery date of over 2 weeks, package is probably my lost.

Your Support Team is by far the best Customer Service Department I have ever had to deal with.

Loved the print they made and the customer support was prompt and helpful. This is the third print my partner and I have purchased from West & Willow and it continues to impress!

Product turned out very nice although price is steep for an 8x10. Came faster than expected. Only real issue is that since purchasing, I've rec'd waaaay too many emails from West & Willow. 19 in the past 10 days. So far unsubscribing has not worked
