I am beyond pleased with my pictures! The essence of their souls and personalities are captured thru their eyes. Truthfully I wasn't sure what to expect - thinking they'd just be drawings, but no! I swiftly ordered one for my son's dog too. Arrived faster than I thought and packaged super carefully!

There wasn't a preview of the portrait before it was delivered and the picture doesn't look like the same dog

I ordered a pet portrait of my yellow Labrador retriever and wasn’t impressed. I thought maybe the photo I provided wasn’t great, so I ordered another portrait, using a different photo. The second portrait was even worse. There is nothing “custom” about it. It’s just a drawing of a yellow Lab. Could be any yellow Lab, it doesn’t capture the little things that make my dog unique.

When I received the first print, you could see the barcode in the corner, so I requested a replacement which took several emails to make happen. When the new the picture finally arrived, not only was the exact same problem present, but they had put the wrong frame on. I only got a canned response for the replacement and asked.Let's see a picture before it was sent to be sure it was correct, which never happened. Overall, I was disappointed in the images, as especially one of my other dog did not look like the picture in my opinion. For the prices they charge, (I realize now you can get much cheaper elsewhere), I would expect better quality and service.

I quickly ordered a portrait of my 12-year-old golden retriever from West & Willow. Once it had arrived, I noticed a couple of concerns with my order. I emailed the team at West & Willow and they were very quick with resolving my issues. I received a sleepwear shirt instead of my 125$ portrait. total scam. i emailed days ago and have not heard anything. no contact info other than an email.
