The process of uploading images and ordering was easy and fast. I missed that there was an Onward charge of $30+ (in case of damage) but I'll take that as my mistake. Very happy with the speed of ordering & delivery of product and the quality is wonderful.

Marketed as “artists” creating personalized images but it is clearly just a very very very low quality AI picture that anyone could do online. Disappointed in the money spent versus the quality delivered. Will definitely not be recommending.

We've ordered multiple portraits from West and Willow and they've turned out great! Our latest order was for our third pup and when the portrait didn't quite meet out expectations, they were quick to make sure that they got it right not one, but 2 times! They took our feedback very seriously and the final (3rd revision) turned out PERFECT. It means so much that they were willing to update his picture so that it matched what we were hoping for. Great company, will definitely continue to order from them in the future!

Our dog never photographed well. Being all black, it was just hard to capture his details in a photo. The print we received from West and Willow blew me away. They captured every nuance of his face. His eyes, his beard, his nose… it’s like looking at him in person again, which feels like a hug every time we see him on our wall.

The portrait looked nothing like the picture I sent it. This was for my best friend to remember her baby that was laid to rest a few days ago. Unfortunately she received it and was very confused and it was not the heartwarming reaction hoped for. I reached out to customer service and will see how they fix this issue.
