West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

These turned out fantastic!

Recently lost our fur baby Crickett! Wanted something to remember her by. Saw West & Willow on Instagram and placed an order. She arrived and the artist captured her beauty and her eyes … wow ! Thank you West &Willow for the time and care to make her memory last ! Very grateful Nicole

I had a fabulous experience working with West & Willow!! My artwork was incorrect when first received and the mistake was handled promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend West & Willow and look forward to working with them again!!

Great customer service. Beautiful art

My photo is black and looks nothing like my dogs

I ordered this took 8 weeks to come and they worked with me to get a good image bc the first few were terrible. I tried to cancel the phone case bc of the hassle and they decide to send it to me anyways and just stopped responding to my emails which I find very unprofessional

Absolutely in love with my pet portrait. I got this as a surprise for my family as our family dog of 10 years passed 1 year ago. The portrait is spot on, everything about it is so perfect and looks exactly like our little beagle. Cannot recommend enough! Shipping was so quick and the customer service is just incredible. Will definitely be ordering from this incredible company again🫶🏼

Very overpriced for a mediocre product. It’s cute, but there are cheaper alternatives out there. Don’t buy a frame, they just put it in a very cheap option. You can buy one on your own for cheaper than what they will charge you. I also paid extra for the digital download that didn’t come. I had to reach out to customer service to get it sent. Had I not reached out, I would have never gotten it.
