West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

This is my third time ordering from West & Willow, and I’m always amazed at the quality of the portraits. They are beautiful and timeless. Shipping is fast, and the portraits are extremely well packaged. Thank you for preserving the memory of beloved pets in such a simple and elegant way.

Our family loves the picture of our boy Charlie. The rendition of the picture I sent in was fabulous. The over all presentation was great and looks amazing in our family room.

One picture was so dark that you couldn't distinguish the dog's features. And the other one does not resemble my dog at all, more like a cartoon image of some random dog! I never got the downloads of the pictures I sent you, nor did you contact me to inform me you didn't intend to use them. For this, I paid $251.00. Most likely, I will throw them out. I certainly will not be displaying them. I will never purchase anything or recommend your service to anyone.

I have ordered 3 portraits from West & Willow and each one has turned out perfectly! I cannot recommend them enough and I know I will be ordering from them again soon.

I was so disappointed! The size of the dog was proportionally too small for the picture. There was too much blank space. I was shocked and embarrassed to give it as a gift!

Absolutely awful customer service. I cannot get a reply as to when I can expect the portrait I ordered almost three weeks ago. I just keep getting a template email that says it is in production. This is unacceptable. I would never purchase anything from you again.

Horrible never ever again

I liked the picture of my dog, but he was just too small in the picture. There was too much blank space above him before his name. In an 8x10 picture, you want the dog to be big in the picture, not like a 5x7 or smaller on an 8x10 paper. Also I ordered the digital file and didn’t receive it until I emailed requesting it. The white background is not a true white, it’s like an off-white.
