Blown away by the picture

I really like my picture and digital file.

Great customer service!

Ordering was easy and informative. Item arrived quickly and is exactly what was ordered. Thanks.

I wasn’t pleased with my first image. And they sent me a new one looked just like my boo bear. Great customer service and patience.

I have purchased several items from West & Willow and absolutely love all of them! The photos are done perfectly and look exactly like my babies. Excellent quality products! Fast shipping and very carefully packed to protect my precious items. I will continue to purchase from this company. My favorite site to shop by far! Thank you!

Ordered this to give to a co worker as a gift - it was so cute and she loved it.

A family members dog died. I bought it as a gift for two of the family members at different addresses. Therefore I had to make two separate purchases. Your site is horrible for gifts. I couldn’t write note, they had no idea who it came from. Also I got two different prices.
