West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Picture came out nice, but there was an added $11.98 charge that I feel like was snuck into the purchase. I didn’t okay it and it added itself during check out and I didn’t notice until the confirmation email. I won’t order from here again due to this unexpected and unnecessary charge.

Loved the picture however where it was rolled up there are wrinkles on it that won't go away.

Thank you for making things right! My order arrived damaged but customer service made it super easy to get a replacement. My new pet portrait arrived quickly and we love it. Thank you, West &Willow, for a hassle-free experience.

The picture I received was not of my pet. It was a stock picture of a schnauzer. I was asked to send a better picture but I didn’t have any so they sent a stock photo. They did refund my money but not all of it. There was a charge of “onward protection “ that I was not aware of. Apparently you can decide not to get the “protection “ at checkout but it isn’t really an option. Just be aware that what you are receiving is actually your pet. The cost of this was +|- $30

I purchased a print for my friend who lost her dog. The print was beautifully done, and she was very happy with it. I highly recommend West and Willow. I will definitely purchase from them again.

My daughter loves the portrait of her new cat! Pleasantly surprised how quickly it shipped!

I have not received the portrait and there is no shipping updates to be received. For $23 shipping the company should track and update Customer

Fantastic company and customer support is bar none. I wouldn’t use any other company.
