Came out great!

Portraits came out nice the frame on one of them was cracked though

Our sweet Dalmatian, Finn, passed just 2 weeks ago, somewhat unexpectedly. I had previously purchased pictures of my sister’s cats and saw this as a perfect opportunity to have something to remember Finn. The portrait is perfect. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks for creating such a sweet memory of our good boy, Finn. ❤️

Originally the painting arrived and had the wrong eye colour, but I contacted the company and they were quick to rectify the issue and shipped my updated artwork. Very happy with my final artwork and the responsiveness!

My picture was a bit difficult to work with because it wasn’t straight on, when I got the package I was so satisfied with how realistic and how both images were so similar. They looked the exact same and it had a lot of detail they did an amazing job and will definitely come back for other portraits.

I have purchased from west and willow many times before but unfortunately this last time was a disaster. It took almost 9 weeks to receive my portrait just for it to come in and not look like my cat. Customer service kept making excuses as to why my order wasn’t shipped out saying it was in the fulfillment stage and then it wasn’t and then it was again. It was 4 weeks of non sense. Then I told them by the 8th week I needed to change my address before they shipped because I was moving and didn’t expect it to take too long when they say the delivery time is 2-3 weeks at most. They told me that is my problem and I have to figure out how to change the shipping location. Very unprofessional. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Cute drawing, looked almost like them but close enough. I asked but a proof, but they would not provide. The size of the two dogs was completely off but the picture was cute. I worked with their team, and a newer version is on the way!

I love love love the picture of my 4 legged baby. Can’t wait to give it to my husband for Father’s Day!
