The picture turned out great! Will totally be ordering from them again!

Ordered the 5x7 desktop pet portrait for a friend who recently lost her pet. I thought it would be a special touch next to the urn. It turned out nice, the only reason I rated 4/5 stars is because I felt they could’ve filled the blank background space a bit more; to make his head/neck slightly bigger for better visual balance.

I’ve purchased 2 dog pictures years apart. I think the pictures are well done and I love the simplistic font of the names. However, I was disappointed on the frame of the first picture years back. It was twisted a tad and never hangs flush. This second picture I’ve received seems like a tougher frame.

I absolutely love the pictures of my fur babies West & Willow did. These two editions make our home perfect, thank you West & Willow!

I’m a little disappointed with the drawing and the frame. I have ordered from here 3 times prior and the drawings and frames were a lot better quality. However with the one I just got I can tell not as much detail was put into it and the frame is different than my other single photo and the name of my dog is not center in the frame. :(

I keep getting requests to review, but I was trying to wait until I received my correct order. Unfortunately, 4 months have gone by and this still is not resolved. In February, I placed an order for my 2 cats. 2 frames arrived, and they had the names of each of my cats- however, the photo for both was my first cat. I submitted a request for a new one. After several weeks, my new artwork was ready. I approved it, and it shipped. Like a sitcom, when it arrived— the photo was once AGAIN my first cat. My first cat is white, and the second is brown- it shouldn’t be this hard to differentiate. I submitted a request again, and it has now been another month waiting for a third shipment to hopefully make this right. I absolutely love West & Willow’s artwork and was looking forward to using them for gifts for my friends & clients beloved pets. However, the quality control & complete lack of quick customer help is hard to deal with
