I love the portrait Only issue was the print became misaligned during shipping. I had to pull back the staples and unfortunately some broke. Would you be able to resend a few? I am willing to pay. Thank you.

This whole website and service seems to be a scam. It’s been 3 weeks since I placed my order and there has been no progress made what so ever to ensure my product I purchased for a friends birthday is being completed and shipped or has even been started. Poor service all around

The print that I ordered was fine, but I have yet to receive the digital download that I paid for. Both were ordered at the same time and I honestly expected to receive my digital download first - but that was not the case.
