I was a little nervous with the photo I submitted, it was in portrait mode so some of the edges were a little blurry. The artist absolutely nailed it though, it turned out perfect. Was a gift for my boyfriend and he immediately started crying upon opening 🥹

I ordered the 12x18 all black framed portrait for my daughter to welcome her new puppy. The picture itself is great, but it takes up less than half the area. They should have made the picture of dog larger to cover more. Not worth $108. Disappointed to say the least.

My first order came in damaged at one corner of the frame , you sent me a replacement and this time it came in with all four corners of the frame damaged !! The damage is not from the transport , frame clearly very cheap , gaps at all four corners , can see QR code at bottom of picture ! There is no quality control before sending item to customer. This is not acceptable! Will no longer be doing business with you . I should be reimbursed. Package very poorly done . A very small piece of bubble rap was used (did not cover a third of frame !) . Box very flimsy. Not impressed

Jasper picture honestly looks terrible. It is so pixelated and you can’t even tell it’s a dog. It looks like a giant blob. I will not be ordering from this company again
