I’ll start with what I like - the picture did really capture our late pups face, personality, smile, etc. What I’m pretty disappointed with is the paper being creased. I can tell you tried to package it well, as it came rolled up in a triangular shipping box, but I’m guessing when it was rolled up and put in there it wasn’t done with great care. If the paper had come not marked or bent, I would have given it 5 stars. I am fine with it being rolled up, as I have a book on it now making it flat, but the creases on the actual paper will show in the frame.

We too were a little anxious about the process , but the support team was prompt to respond to questions and offer advice . The two different pictures I ordered arrived in a reasonable time and were in perfect condition . The artist really captured what we were looking for . I got them for a birthday Present for two people I love dearly and I’m sure happy tears will be shed !
