WePayReviews of wepay.com

WePay was such a big help with receiving donations for my sisters funeral expense . My family and I greatly appreciate all the help.!! We would also like to give a huge thank you to Dia, she was such an amazing help with Every question we had . She literally helped with every step. Thank you so much Dia ! God bless .

I was having trouble getting my donations from fundrazer, Wepay had to do a security review. The person I worked with through the whole process was named Dia , Dia made sure I was up to date on every issue until the problem was resolved and I received my donations. Dia understood my concerns and treated me with respect. I will admit, the problem was a result of my following instructions on setting up the account, so be sure you do all that's needed to set up the account properly.

WePay made it super easy for me to collect and refund money. When I was concerned about the length of time it was taking for the payment to hit my bank account, Gwyn helped me immediately. She was friendly, professional, and got the money transferred within an hour. It wasn't easy to find Customer Support on the website, however. Took me a couple passes.
