****UPDATE AUG 2021 After contacting Sign Up Genius who contacted We Pay it all got straightened out and I received my funds!! Up until this month this year 2021 I had no problems getting deposits made from We Pay which Sign Up Genius uses to collect funds. They said I needed to verify my account which I was leary to do and set off red flags. As others mention no way to talk to anyone, impossible to even verify what information they have or don't have. The amount I am owed is minimal compared to some of these reviews I had read My event hasn't even taken place yet and I am unsure if I need to tell these two customers there may be a problem and to notify their bank. So many scams happening now it is hard to know what to do. As WEPAY is a Chase company I called the bank which is unable to help at all. This really sucks!!

Customer reps are great and super helpful and fast at responding. That said, it's frustrating that everything from WePay just says WePay on my bank statements. Why can't they put something else in the line to give a hint as to what the charge (or credit in the case of GoFundMe) was?

We pay is a bit clunky, and if you have multiple accounts set up, the notifications do not differentiate between them, so you must log in to track it. I have had a few issues using the service. The support team is phenomenal, though, and my agent Mira especially stood out.

It took 3 tries. I finally got Mira who went above and beyond to find a link to a partner support portal. The first two tries are the loss of stars.

It took some time but when I was guided to the right person, Mira, the issue was resolved immediately.

Although I was very happy with Oliver's quick response and knowledge, I am still sceptical regarding this sudden change in policy. I have been invoicing from joist for many years with no problems and now after reading reviews about we pay I am profoundly nervous regarding my payments etc. I do not understand why after many years of using joist i now have to provide all kinds of personal information or we pay will shut down my joist account. I will wait and see how this turns out, after reading some of the reviews I am very apprehensive at best.

A friend set up a GiveForward fundraiser for me due to a family medical emergency. Now we can't get anybody to tell us how to get the money into my bank account. Numerous emails have been ignored.
