I had a hard time getting the confirmation on the deposit amount on the verifying process to be confirmed. I was very concerned as I donated a large amount for my friends young daughter for her medical bills. Chad was very responsive in a timely manner, very friendly, helpful and polite. I also work with the public on a daily basis and truly appreciated not only his help but just an actual polite nice human being which are apparently hard to come by anymore.
