I received very prompt and courteous assistance from Dia when I had a question about a WPY payment on a recent credit card statement (which couldn't be resolved from the WPY list of my transactions). She clearly understood my concern and provided helpful information that answered my question. Her emails were professional and helpful with a pleasant, friendly tone. I think that she is a great customer service representative and her WePay title of "Customer Delight Representative" is appropriate! Thanks again to Dia.

I was going through my bank statements and found a charge from back in February of 2017 that I didn't recognize. I sent an email to WePay and received a response from an agent named DIA. She was so fast in responding and so gracious in her response. She went the extra mile in finding my transaction even though I wasn't able to supply her with the additional info she requested. I wrote her back to thank her for her prompt reply and her willingness to assist and asked her an unrelated question regarding taxes and she searched and sent me a link so that I could track that down as well. She really was superb in her handling of my request. In a day when customer service seems to be a lost art this was most refreshing. Thank you Dia!

I couldn't' remember what I had contributed to so found the online site and was walked thru the search so easily that I got back to my taxes much faster than anticipated. I sent thanks and Carrie promptly responded. This seems like a great site. I hope more folks use it.

I made an error while using the service where I initiated so many banking transactions simultaneously such that when the micropayment verification transactions cleared, it was not possible to determine which micropayments were associated with which macropayment. Their customer service department (specifically Liv) was able to resolve this promptly.
