After numerous emails with numerous agents to attempt and fix the issue I was having, I was close to giving up and closing my account with WePay. However, I gave the issue resolving one last shot and encountered Mira via email. Not only was she prompt in every one of her replies, she was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. She made it quite simple to resolve the issue I have had and tried to resolve with other agents since January 2019. Great job Mira! I hope your superiors come across my review and reward you with some type of positive compensation for the superior work you provide your customers. You honestly put a big smile on my face. I had a software problem, which is too complicated to describe here. Sean received my request for assistance. Due to the nature of the problem, it took a bit of time to figure out what needed be done. Sean patiently worked with me on the issue, promptly returned emails, and determined the source of the problem. I am grateful Sean received my request and was able to 'make my day'. Thanks! Mo

We had properly set up 4 rent retrieval accounts with WePay, (through Payrent.com). All was fine until the first rent came in. Then, without warning or explanation, WePay closed that account and simply referred us to their ToS. Because they refused to explain the closure, we had no choice but to close the other accounts as well. We still don't know what happened. Update: Payrent.com was able to get to the bottom of this issue. It is still unresolved but at least they got an answer from WePay. More to come.

Terrible company. Took 2 weeks to get our money because of numerous errors on their end. We waisted 10 hours of our precious young entrepreneur time to sort out something that could have been taken care of in 5 minutes. Save your time and go with Stripe.

I have a problem with a gofundme campaign that you have sent messages to me about not being able to transfer it to my bank.You never say what the problem is and it seems there is no way to contact you.I have tried the gofundme support page but it only takes me to a page which asks 'which best describes you' in a dropdown box but cannot type in it or do anything with it.My bank account has a hyphen in it that doesn't seem to work on the sign up page fro gofundme,it just strings th numbers together..is this the problem?How does one get ahold of you or gofundme? In reply, if you look above I said that I tried using the link you provided for gofundme but that it does nothing for me when I go there.I have also used the link you provided for wepay with no replies from you.I have two ticket numbers #1891354 and #1895192 and have not received any response to either of them.

Mira is very patient in answering all of my inquiries and assisting me with the refund. She is great in customer care! I hope she will be given an incentive for a job well done! :)

It took 3 tries. I finally got Mira who went above and beyond to find a link to a partner support portal. The first two tries are the loss of stars.

Mira handled my partial refund request timely, within 24 hours. Thank you very much Mira. I am one happy customer.
