Mike is great! He was very helpful and more than a little patient in dealing with a technology issue. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had a different rep a month ago (for this same issue) who not only didn't help but completely dropped the ball. I'll be sure to ask for Mike in the future.

Mira is a rockstar! I contacted WePay support with a number of detailed questions. Mira wrote back almost immediately with answers that were clear, concise, and effective in sharing with other team members "as is" instead of having to interpret what she said and then rewrite it before sharing. Thanks again, Mira!

Myra has been a super help in managing my needs and educating me about refunds when an overpayment has occurred. Customer Service at its best!

Mira handled my inquiry in a very timely, friendly manner and got me the answers I needed to verify my account did not have fraud. I never even expected to hear back to be honest and I was pleasantly surprised, let alone receiving a response within 24 hours.

Sean was a huge help! He explained why I was having difficulty downloading your reports, told me how to fix it and even ran a report for me which saved me a lot of time. Thanks for the assistance! Julie

I contacted WePay after a transaction notification I received which was unfamiliar to me. WePay contacted me within a few hours to explain the transaction and my options. Mira, the agent representing WePay was very helpful. So, thank you Mira and keep up the good work!
