I wish I can get a refund on the…
I wish I can get a refund on the subscription; they give a lot of meaningless graphics. I have no idea what their definition of battery and stress is based on.

Hi, thanks for sharing your thoughts. The stress and “battery” metrics are based on heart rate variability and nervous system balance, not just heart rate. Working well for me!
I feel that the Welltory App is working well for me, making me a little more conscious of my health and general well being as well as offering some insight into good practices for keeping fitter mentally and physically. I’m happy to recommend.

I live my life by this app
I live my life by this app! It helps me to know when I’m pushing myself too hard and protects me from illness and injury. I’ve found that it really takes monitoring HRV to another level.

Almost impossible to cancel
Finding the way to cancel this service is almost impossible. They bury the information in a random support article on their website. They do not honor their refund policy either. I contacted them on the day they auto-renewed. They did not respond until 72 hours later and it took two days to sort out my username as I had not used the app in months. After sorting that out and proving that I was the same person that had been emailing since the beginning, they claimed I had not requested a refund within their 48 hour window because I had not done so from the correct username. I'm not the only one based on facebook comments on their page.

This has been a great insight to my stress, sleep ( or little sleep) and activity. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure last year and the markers are very helpful.

My husband and I are making strides…
My husband and I are making strides towards improving our sleep, health and wellbeing with Welltory. We have been using it diligently for about 2 years. I thought I had to exercise so much more than I actually needed to but all I was doing was exercising myself into adrenal fatigue and jacked up cortisol spikes. We had no idea how bad our stress was because we just kept on overdoing it. Now, we follow the science and are feeling better. We both have lifetime subs because we’ll never. Go back to.

Love this app
Love this app! Lots of great actionable insights. Two suggestions: 1)more personalized feedback on what to do to bring numbers into normal range, 2) explain conflicting data from different sources. For example, my Apple Watch will show extreme stress and Wellatory will show everything in the green.

Regarding differences between Apple Watch stress indicators and Welltory results: Welltory focuses heavily on HRV-based physiology, which perhaps leads to different interpretation.
