If the purchase was made through the App Store, refunds are handled directly by Apple, so you did the right thing by submitting a request there, as we don’t have the ability to process those refunds ourselves. Regarding sleep data: Welltory doesn’t generate it on its own; it reads it from sources like Apple Health. If the sleep duration changed after editing, it’s because the app recalculates insights based on the updated data, not because it arbitrarily creates data. If you’re open to it, we can take a closer look at your case. Please send us a report via Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send (or email [email protected]) with screenshots, and we’ll review what happened and help clarify everything.

Hello, thank you for sharing your feedback. It’s important for us to understand situations like this. If you were charged after purchasing a lifetime plan, that definitely shouldn’t happen under normal circumstances, so it’s something we’d want to review. The best way for us to check your account and billing details is if you send us a report from the app: Menu → scroll down → Report a problem → Send (add "for Tessa" there). Kindly include a screenshot of the charge so we can investigate it properly. We’ll look into your subscription history and help clarify what happened.

Hello, thanks for sharing your concern. Charges don’t happen randomly — subscriptions renew automatically only when the renewal date is reached, and the subscription hasn’t been canceled beforehand. Sometimes confusion can arise when multiple accounts or subscriptions are created with different sign-in methods. If you can’t access the app, email us at [email protected] from the email linked to your account and include a screenshot of the charge. We’ll review it and help you sort this out.
